Refund & Exchange policy

1. May I return my order?

Yes, we are pleased to offer a return  on unopened hair extensions within seven day of receiving your order. We understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with!

You must contact us first before refunding your package at crownedluxxelengths@yahoo.com during business Hours within the seven (7) day return period. Extensions must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging, uncombed and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the Crowned Luxxe Lengths hair seal has been broken

2. May I make a exchange?

Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS. The Crowned Luxxe Lengths hair Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.
